HOTEL POLICY
Front Desk Hours: Our front desk will have someone available to help you and answer questions from 7 AM - 11 PM daily.
Guarantee Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed either by valid credit card or by prepayment of a deposit.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: For most reservations, our Standard Policy permits cancellations without penalty until 48 hours prior to 3 p.m. of the scheduled arrival day. Cancellations that occur after that time will be charged one night’s room and tax. Please note, however, that there may be stricter cancellation rules for special rates and special events. Please refer to your reservation details or call the hotel with any cancellation-related questions. Changes to reservations are considered cancellations and re-bookings.
Guest Policy: the minimum age to reserve a guestroom is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.
Pet Policy: Station House Inn loves friendly dogs. We charge an additional $75 per animal, per stay, non-refundable. 2 Pet Max per room. Cozy King rooms have a dog weight limit of 25lbs.
Terms & Conditions: Check-in after 3:00 p.m. Check-out before 11:00 a.m. Property is completely non-smoking.
Additional Charges: Children under 17: Free with accompanied adult. Complimentary cribs available upon request (rollaway bed: $20 per night) Late Checkout - Based on availability. Half room night charge for up to 3-5 hours, full night charge after 5 hours
